Documents required

• Recent passport-size photographs
• Proof of identity — Aadhaar card, PAN card, voter ID, passport or driving licence
• Proof of address — Aadhaar card, utility bill, ration card or any officially valid document
• PAN card or Form 60, as applicable

Income proof or business proof, as applicable.
